A Cardboard Problem: Topps teases 2011 Pro Debut
I think I see what they did on that Eric Hosmer card but it just looks weird. Says single-A All-Star but pictures him with Northwest Arkansas, a AA team.
sooz, probably no issues with saltalamacchia. If it's like 2010 Pro Debut, the checklist will have heavy concentration on rookie, low and high A and double AA players. Not many AAA vets/prospects in Pro Debut so Saltalamacchia is probably not on the checklist.
Debut Cuts autographs need to die. Otherwise, these look fairly nice. I'll probably buy a box if the prices are reasonable.
ReplyDeleteI am still wondering how they are going to fit Saltalamacchia on Topps Series 1 cards.

ReplyDeleteI rather like the look of the cards. As long as, there are not quality control issues. I got my toes crossed.

ReplyDeleteI meant with 2011 Topps ... the same base design is used for Pro Debut as with the Topps flagship set.
