Well, we added a new category to our eBay store. It will slowly but surely have more cards up in the next few weeks. It is for vintage cards and hall of famers. I'm not sure how many people are looking for those types of cards, but we figured it's worth providing them to those who are.
If anyone is looking for something they can't find, please don't be afraid to ask us. Stop by the store, take a look around. Mention the blog, we'll send a free gift with your first order.

Mail Day!!!
I got a 2001 Bowman Complete set today that I purchased on eBay. I only purchased the set to get the Pujols Rookie card because I didn't have one yet. Now I feel like my collection is a little more complete. I am going to have it graded soon because it is mint, as was the whole set. It ended up being 95 bucks for the complete set, which I felt wasn't too rough considering what it would have cost me to buy a hobby box in an attempt to pull one. Plus, I got a whole bunch of other rookie cards that I can grade or sell or both. I am thrilled right now.
I know I still owe you all a blog about the card show. It's coming.
And I have to go to Shoprite later....

1989 Bowman Gem...
Shoprite got 75 cents from me, and I got a Mint Robin Ventura Rookie....
My mom even gave it a whirl with a $1.00 pack of 95 Score Summit, and landed a Dion Sanders (!), Kirby Puckett (RIP), Tom Glavine, and some insert of Julian Tavarez who was just as scary looking then as he is now.
Stay tuned for the Card Show blog from the show we went to yesterday. It was fun, and I got a good trade in... at least I think so, I'm happy with it.

Baseball cards and Supermarkets
I've noticed a bit of a trend in my area. There are 2 supermarkets that are carrying baseball cards, and that's a problem. It shouldn't be a problem, but it will end up becoming one.
One of them is selling UD Series One blister packs on the end of the soda aisle, and has a vending machine with cards in it on the way out. Luckily, I am up to my eyebrows in US Series 1, but the vending machine is fun for a buck. (I had to buy one today, so it was a 1995 pack of Score Summit - Cal Ripken Jr., Joe Carter, Mark Grudzielanek RC, and a Steve Karsay Nth degree insert)
The other supermarket has blasters(!), blister packs, assorted cards in a pack for $9.99, and little MLB knick knacks. There will come a day where this supermarket ends up with some cool blasters, I'll go in for bananas and leave with cardboard (while forgetting my bananas I'm sure).
While it isn't the first time I was a vending machine victim, it won't be the last. How can you pass up a vintage pack of cards for a dollar? With the eBay store up and running now, I figure I can pick up some cheap inventory. Take a look in the store, the link is at the top. Come on over, we won't bite... unless you have a Pujols or Jeter...

Beckett Revamped....
OK, can someone tell me what they were thinking? It was so easy to use, and user friendly before. Now... You go to the website and have 30 bubbles to choose from, then when you pick the one you think is right, it sends you to a blank page where you have to click through to the Beckett.com site. Annoying. How do you even use the site to log your cards in now? We have been trying to figure this out for days, if it is really easy and we are stupid, by all means enlighten us before we end up kicking the screen in on our laptops.
First person to enlighten us with relevant information on how to log our cards into Beckett will get a free 10 pack of cards with their first purchase from our eBay store.
